What does the diagnosis of Felty's syndrome mean and how to formulate it?

Abstract

The paper deals with the debatable problem due to a lack of consensus in the medical literature regarding the formulation of the diagnosis of Felty's syndrome that is rheumatoid arthritis with extra-articular (hematological) manifestations.
