Сочетание анкилозирующего спондилита с комбинированным аутовоспалительным поражением кожи. Клиническое наблюдение и обзор литературы

Представлен клинический случай пациента с аксиальным спондилоартритом (АкСпа) и хроническим рецидивирующим поражением кожи в виде Acne Conglobata (конглобатные акне), Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS, суппуративный гидраденит) и формированием свищевых ходов. На примере клинического наблюдения описан диагностический поиск, включавший в себя суппуративный гидраденит, синдром SAPHO: синовит, акне, пустулез, гиперостоз, остеит (synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis), PASS-синдром: гангренозная пиодермия, акне, анкилозирующий спондилит, суппуративный гидраденит (pyoderma gangrenosum, acne, ankylosing spondylitis, hidradenitis suppurativa) и аргументирован подбор терапии. Описаны возможности использования генно-инженерных биологических препаратов (ГИБП) у пациентов с АкСпа и сопутствующим аутовоспалительным кожным процессом.
