Аннотация
В обзоре рассматриваются варианты течения системной красной волчанки (СКВ). Обсуждаются сложность прогнозирования обострений и неоднородность течения СКВ. Особое внимание уделено индексу повреждения, который коррелирует с долгосрочным прогнозом и качеством жизни пациентов.
