Лефлуномид в клинической практике

Аннотация

Традиционная базисная терапия является основой лечения ревматоидного артрита (РА). Она остается методом выбора для больных, не получавших ранее базисных противовоспалительных препаратов (БПВП), и рассматривается как необходимый компонент комбинированного лечения. Выбор синтетических БПВП сравнительно невелик, и одним из наиболее перспективных на сегодняшний день представляется лефлуномид (ЛЕФ). Клинические исследования ЛЕФ при РА начались в середине 90-х годов. Позднее ЛЕФ широко применялся в практическом здравоохранении и зарекомендовал себя как один из лучших препаратов своего класса. В международных и национальных рекомендациях по лечению РА он рассматривается как один из основных компонентов комплексной терапии, который может назначаться на любой стадии заболевания в качестве единственного БПВП, а также в комбинации с другими противоревматическими средствами, включая синтетические БПВП и генно-инженерные биологические препараты.
