Клиническое значение лабораторных нарушений при системной красной волчанке

Аннотация
Лабораторное обследование является неотъемлемым компонентом ведения больных СКВ. Ряд лабораторных тестов необходим для верификации диагноза, некоторые показатели отражают развитие сопутствующей патологии (присоединение коморбидных состояний и осложнения лекарственной терапии). Мониторинг отдельных лабораторных тестов позволяет оценить эффективность терапии, а в ряде случаев свидетельствует о необходимости ее усиления. Кроме того, отдельные параметры считаются прогностическими факторами исхода заболевания. В статье приведены данные о спектре и частоте лабораторных нарушений при системной красной волчанке (СКВ). Обсуждено место лабораторных тестов в диагностике и оценке прогноза заболевания. Рассмотрена ассоциация клинических и лабораторных проявлений, возможные механизмы развития лабораторных отклонений. При- ведены международные рекомендации по мониторингу больных СКВ.
Правильные объем обследования больных СКВ и трактовка полученных результатов позволяют своевременно (а иногда уже в ран- ней стадии) поставить диагноз, избежать гипердиагностики, вовремя назначить адекватную терапию и предотвратить ее ос- ложнения.
