Антитела к циклическому цитруллинированному пептиду – роль при ревматоидном артрите и возможность сероконверсии: фокус на абатацепт

Аннотация

Выявление антител к циклическому цитруллинированному пептиду (АЦЦП) играет диагностическую и прогностическую роль при ревматоидном артрите (РА). Снижение концентрации АЦЦП или их сероконверсия отмечены не для всех групп противовоспалительных препаратов. Серопозитивность по АЦЦП является предиктором более высокой эффективности абатацепта (АБЦ). Возможность сероконверсии АЦЦП, как и ревматоидного фактора (РФ), при терапии АБЦ сопряжена с более выраженным подавлением клинических симптомов активности РА и прогрессирования деструкции суставов, достижением ремиссии у большой части пациентов.
