Лихорадка неясного происхождения в ревматологии

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрено современное состояние проблемы лихорадки неясного происхождения (ЛНП). Освещены основные этапы изучения данного вопроса с подробным описанием происходивших со временем изменений классификационных диагностических критериев, этиологических вариантов и клинических признаков отдельных видов ЛНП. Представлен дифференциально-диагностический алгоритм ведения больных ЛНП, проанализирована диагностическая ценность наиболее значимых лабораторных и инструментальных методов обследования. Описан РРР-синдром как один из возможных этиологических факторов ЛНП. Обозначен круг наиболее частых причин развития ЛНП у пациентов разного возраста. Отмечено, что наиболее частой причиной ЛНП у пожилых больных являются ревматические заболевания.
