Проблема лабораторного мониторинга при терапии базисными противовоспалительными и генно-инженерными биологическими препаратами у больных ревматоидным артритом
Аннотация
Обсуждается проблема лабораторного мониторинга при терапии базисными противовоспалительными и генно-инженерными биологическими препаратами у больных ревматоидным артритом (РА). В связи с риском возникновения неблагоприятных реакций, в частности сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, гепатотоксичности, гематологических нарушений, ухудшения функции почек, инфекций, кровотечений, обусловленных применением БПВП и ГИБП, необходимы рекомендации, касающиеся перечня тестов для лабораторного контроля в период использования такой терапии и частоты их выполнения у больных РА.
