Остеоартрит суставов кистей: эпидемиология, факторы риска, современная диагностика

Аннотация

Остеоартрит (ОА) – распространенное ревматическое заболевание, характеризующееся структурными и функциональными нарушениями, приводящими к значимому снижению работоспособности и качества жизни пациентов. ОА суставов кистей занимает второе место по распространенности, уступая только поражению коленных суставов. В статье рассматриваются современные данные о распространенности и факторах риска ОА суставов кистей, а также новые классификационные критерии EULAR, включающие рентгенологические признаки генерализованного ОА, поражения межфаланговых суставов и ОА основания большого пальца у пациентов с болью, дискомфортом и/или скованностью. Приводятся результаты исследования ИСКРА, продемонстрировавшего эффективность биоактивного концентрата мелких морских рыб у 2776 пациентов с ОА суставов кистей.
